INTRO
SURF “N” SHOP consists of a fun day of surfing and shopping. Your day will start with an Intro lesson with West Coast Surfari/ O’Neill Surf Academy at Watergate Bay followed buy an afternoons shopping, maybe stopping for occasional light refreshment over in the city of Truro . Your day will be run in association with Pats Cabs.

SCHEDULE
09.00 – Be ready for your pick up. Pats Cabs will come to your accommodation and deliver you to Watergate Bay for your Intro Surf Course, which commences at….

09.30 – Change into your wetsuit, grab your board and hit the sand for a beach lesson learning the basic techniques and etiquette of the sport of surfing. Your coach will then take you into the water for a 90-minute session.

12.30 - Time for lunch break! Refuel at the beach, facilities include a take away, bistro and the local pub in the bay. The phoenix serving great lunchtime bar meals (Cost of lunch not included)

13.30- Pats Cabs pick up from the Watergate Bay.

14.00 - Arrive in Truro . Pats Cabs will drop you off in the heart of the city.

Truro is a great shopping centre, very compact with a mixture of both independent and high street shops, it has a beautiful cathedral and some lovely coffee and wine bars. We’ll give you a map of the city and al the best shops so you wont waste any valuable time!

17.00/17.30 – Pats Cabs pick up. Please inform them your preferred pick up time. Load up your bags and return to your accommodation hopefully with that new outfit in hand ready for your night out.

COST
£50p.p, Includes a mornings surf course with tuition and use of all equipment plus your cab journeys from and around the Newquay area to Watergate Bay and a return trip to Truro.

BOOKING - non-refundable deposit of £15p.p required at the time of booking. We will then issue you with confirmation.

RE CONFIRMATION & BALANCE DUE – 10 days prior to arrival. At this point we will pay all the associate companies involved. You will then be fully committed to your day and no refunds will apply should you cancel.

We accept most major credit and debit cards- no fee for use of this facility applies.

ACCOMMODATION: We have our own accommodation base in central Newquay “West Coast HQ”, but should we not be able to cater for your requested dates we do have a database of other accommodation from lodges, guest houses and hotels in and around Newquay, so we should be able to help you find something.
