Longboard Training Days and Weekends

COURSE OVERVIEW:
Do you Surf a Longboard? Or maybe you want to jump on the bandwagon to see what all the fuss is about? Well he's your biggest and best opportunity yet. If you are looking to understand more about this area of surfing or to take your Longboarding to the next level then the O'Neill Surf Academy Longboard Coaching Weekend is perfect for you.Over the weekend we will cover all areas of Longboarding including: turning, cross stepping, nose riding, generating speed, fitness for surfing, oceanography and surf forecasting, board and fin shapes and designs and much much more.
We are very fortunate to be based at one of the Uk's best Longboarding hotspots, Watergate Bay. The wave is a longboarders heaven as the beach produces quality long rides and gentle waves. If you fancy trying out a different design of board, then we have a huge range of the world's best SurfTech Longboards, and Fluid Juice Longboards to pick and choose from.
BSA Level 3 coach, Ashleigh Bennetts (O'Neill Surf Academy Owner) is an accomplished Longboarder and and will be coaching you throughout the course. Having travelled to some of the world best Longboarding destinations, and featuring as a regular face on the UK competition she is passionate about surfing and has been coaching for several years. Having held many coaching workshops she's got tons of experience, ensuring you're in the best hands!

Feeling frustrated with your surfing? Need a confidence boost? Not getting any further?
WHAT TO EXPECT:
>> Top level coaching both in the water and land based theory. This includes photographic and video analysis.>> 2 Full Days of Coaching from 9.30 - 4.30
>> Use of all equipment (if needed). We have a large range of demo boards available to try. If you have your own board and wetsuit you are more than welcome to bring them along.
>>Small Groups (max 6.) and Customised Programs
>>CD of your surfing photos/videos from the weekend
